Ingredients (serves 2)
3 large carrots
1 red beet
1 large apple or 2 small
Juice from a fresh lemon
Inch-long piece of ginger
Add a few ice cubes and the lemon juice in the bottom of the collection jug.
Start with juicing the beet, next the carrots and ginger, followed by the apples.
Mix the jug and serve.
Drink this juice a few times a week for 2 weeks to cleanse liver and kidneys.
